Dr. Anna Danko does not collect special categories of personal data ‘sensitive data’ (data related to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual life, sexual orientation, as well as your genetic data, and biometric data.) Furthermore, Dr. Anna Danko does not intentionally or knowingly collect any other types of data (such as data about minors), expect when required by law.

Dr. Anna Danko only collects personal data about you that is strictly necessary. Once your personal data is no longer required to fulfill those legal obligations, Dr. Anna Danko will ensure your personal data is securely deleted.

When your personal data is processed on the basis of pre-contractual and contractual obligations under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b) and legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f) to maintain professional accountability, Dr. Anna Danko retains your personal data (such as, for instance, correspondence and inquiry data) for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation periods for record-keeping to maintain professional accountability. This is to ensure there is a complete record of interactions and chains of communication to be able to address any potential claims, disputes, or complaints. Once your personal data is no longer required to maintain professional accountability for record-keeping, Dr. Anna Danko will ensure your personal data is securely deleted.
